Underground Augmented Sightseeing
Reconnect Passenger’s Senses to the City through Augmented Reality
NoBound is an augmented reality digital platform to leverage the existing underground travelling experience. It supports tourists to reconnect their senses with the overground world and expand their vision to see beyond the limited space.
In the ordinary, taking the underground means being disconnected and isolated. With NoBound, tourists can still use their favourite mobile apps without the internet to locate themselves, enjoy the overground cityscape and learn the story behind the city.
NoBound’s navigation modes ensure that tourist could travel efficiently and enjoyably throughout the tube station, from finding the right entrance to knowing exactly where the doors gonna be.

We aim to look at the connectivity and well-being of the subway experience.
Developing innovative services or products offers playfulness and interpersonal connection for tourists and people taking the subway on daily basis.
How Does NoBound Service Work?
NoBound aims to support passengers to reconnect their sense with the overground world. It offers an excellent experience for passengers to enjoy the city view, discover the stories and navigate themselves while using the connectionless underground service. Also, it provides a clear visual navigation system or routing throughout the tube station.
3 Touch-points to Support Passenger Traveling Across the Stations
By expanding the vision to see beyond the underground environment, NoBound provides an immersive and entertaining way to allow passengers to know exactly where they are while travelling underground. It potentially supports easing the travelling anxiety which commonly happened while travelling by tube. It also supports the digital transformation of the city’s neglected area - underground travelling to build a more sustainable and connected environment for the future.
